Before You Book

Questions couples usually ask

How early should we book a wedding planner?

Ideally 9–18 months before the wedding, especially for peak dates. On-the-day coordination can often be booked closer, subject to availability.

Can you work with suppliers we already booked?

Yes. We review your existing team, identify missing requirements and integrate every supplier into one coordinated plan.

Are supplier fees included in the package?

No. Planning fees cover our professional service. Venue, catering, styling and other supplier costs are quoted separately and approved by you.

Do you handle destination weddings?

Yes. Travel, accommodation and destination logistics are discussed based on the venue and scope.

Let’s begin

Is your wedding date available?

Tell us what you’re dreaming of. We’ll review your date and send the best next step for your celebration.
